| Wholemeal Breadcrumbs | 2 slices |
| Mixed Nuts (Roughly Crushed) | 175g |
| Chopped Carrot | 122g |
| Diced Onion | 1 large |
| Quorn | – |
| Baked Beans | – |
| Celery | 43g |
| Chopped Tomatoes | 250g |
| Grated Cheddar Cheese | 128g |
| Egg | 2 |
| Salt | Pinch |
| Pepper | Pinch |
| Fresh Rosemary | Pinch |
| Parmesan | Pinch |
Method
Dry fry the nuts, then crush them in a liquidiser. Beat the eggs and add all ingredients apart from the Parmesan in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly then pour into a greased baking tin.
Sprinkle Parmesan on the top and place in an oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes, or until darkened on top.
