Ingredients

Wholemeal Breadcrumbs 2 slices
Mixed Nuts (Roughly Crushed) 175g
Chopped Carrot 122g
Diced Onion 1 large
Quorn
Baked Beans
Celery 43g
Chopped Tomatoes 250g
Grated Cheddar Cheese 128g
Egg 2
Salt Pinch
Pepper Pinch
Fresh Rosemary Pinch
Parmesan Pinch

Method

Dry fry the nuts, then crush them in a liquidiser. Beat the eggs and add all ingredients apart from the Parmesan in a bowl.

Mix thoroughly then pour into a greased baking tin.

Sprinkle Parmesan on the top and place in an oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes, or until darkened on top.
